Can I take the Monorail from MK to EP at Midnight?

Can I take the Epcot monorail (via resort monorail) to Epcot at 11:30pm? I recall a 15-20 minute transit time for the Epcot monorail. Will the EP parking lot be open, and is there security at that hour?

Magic Kingdom EMH runs 10pm-midnight on that day.

We would prefer to skip the driving altogether and walk back to BWV after the monorail. But I suspect that International Gateway would be closed.

You can't get to BWV from MK if you take the monorail because you would have to walk through Epcot, which will be closed.

If you want to go to BWV you need to take the bus.

If you were up for trekking from Ep main to BW, a tip for you would be to just take the first ep area resort bus from MK. (Except for CBR.)
