Can I take Maloxx...???

Question:

I have taken the Alex Challenge...(yes, I know how to do it..I have done Atkins before)..

My question is...I have terrible gas from all of this MEAT!!

Can I take Maloxx while doing this challenge?? or will it mess up my carb count??

Look on the label and see if it has sugar or corn starch in it. I think that Simethicone is probably better for this issue. My mother used to use that all the time for a patient of hers that was a quadraplegic. You can get it in soft gels.

The store brand is the better bargain. It is also sold under the brand name GasX.

I'm off to do a google search on Maalox and see if it has anything in it you can't have.

I knew I could count on You...kath...I read under the label...(just found it) that is does have 3 carbs...

Guess i will have to get DH to burp me!!! lol

Well, if you are really miserable use it anyway. No one should stay in pain because of an eating plan. Buy some Simethicone tomorrow.

I never had any of these types of issues. I guess I really <i>was</i> lucky.
