Can I take a direct bus from one park to another?

This is our first trip to WDW, and was wondering if buses run directly from one park to another. Specifically, I was wondering if:

-we can take a bus from MGM that will take us directly to Animal Kingdom

and

-we can take a bus from Magic Kingdom and/or Animal Kingdom that will take us directly to Epcot

Yes, the buses run between parks as well as resorts.
