Can I still request a room?

My DH booked a surprise trip for my mom,sister, daughters and me at POR. He requested an Alligator Bayou room for us. Can I go back an request a refurbished room? If so, how do I do that? Thanks

Sure, just call dinsey, have your reservation #, and ask that they add your request. Remember it is just a request. I have made a request every trip and have gotten pretty close most trips. When you check in, politly ask if they were able to honor your request.

Are there refurbished rooms in the area your DH requested or will you need to have then remove that request as well?
