Can I still get a hamburger for my son if it's not listed on the child's menu?

I've made res' at CRT and Kona for our visit in May. My one son is VERY picky and won't even eat mac& cheese,hot dogs or chk nuggets like every other kid would. I noticed that most kid's menus don't have a hamburger listed. I"m assuming he's out of luck? OR do they not list every option?

Most burgers at WDW are pre-made and adult size...if you are requesting one at a TS I would almost bet if they have them, they MIGHT do it...however, at CS I think you are out of luck...PM me if you would like a suggestion for CS meals.
