Can I return my Hotwire Park Hopper Passes?

I'm thinking the new WDW packages are a better deal, especially with the dining option. Or, can I trade in the park hopper passes to get the new package?

You cannot return them to Hotwire. You can trade them in to Disney, but it is not clear what credit you get. Some posters have reported that you will get face value, but before it was the value the wholesaler paid.

The jury is out on packages until they announce the room rates. If you have to pay rack rates for the room then the packages will not be cost effective IMO.

I'm so confused as to what to do - I have the BDP rate right now for the Pop Century and I wouldn't even be considering the new package if it wasn't for the dining option which is a REALLY good deal at $35/pp. Problem is I'm going from 1/13-1/18 so I don't have much time either!
