DDs were given Itunes gift cards by their cousin, while they have Ipad, Ipod and Iphone, they really have no use for the cards. The gift came with a "gift receipt from Toys r us", hence they wanted to return them to get the money so that they can buy other stuff, is it possible?
thanks

Give it a try, most places do say gift cards are non refundable. There was a website where you could sell or trade gc's but I don't remember what it was called.

In general, gift cards are not returnable.

If I were in this situation, I would buy the gift cards from my kids, and then regift them to someone else (or use them myself).

I find it odd that a kid/teenager with an iphone, ipod and ipad can't find a use for an itunes gift card. Do they never purchase any apps, music, books or games? I usually stick with the free ones, but if someone gave me a gift card I would certainly treat myself to an app that I wouldn't normally pay for!

I was thinking the exact same thing! HA!

yes, we don't spend money on itunes or apple online store.
I considered it a waste, even I bite the bullet to pay for an iphone 5 with company discount on a sprint plan. (DH thought I was crazy)
they did initially want to buy something, then decided they couldn't find anything they were willing to pay, they then offered to sell it to me, but I really have no use for it.

there;s a website where you can sell it called plastic jungle. I have never used it but seen it recommended many times. HTH!

Another website that will buy gift cards is cardpool.com. I have used them (though I have bought cards from them, not sold them) and have had nothing but excellent service from them.
