If I have a 250 SSR contract and add on 100 at AKL, and later decide to sell one or the other resort, can i do that? How about if I wanted to sell 150 from SSR? thanks.

Since your SSR & AKV contracts are separate contracts you could sell one or the other.

You cannot sell the 150 points from the 250 point SSR contract.

If you have a 250 point SSR contract and a 100 point AKV, you could sell the 250 point contract or the 100 point contract. You can't sell part of a contract. You can sell a master contract (your original contract) and keep the add-on.
