Can I renew my daughter's pass online?

Trying to renew my daughter's pass online, but it doesn't seem possible. We have set up the share planning thing (which doesn't do anything as far as I can tell). She gave me her pass #, but when I try to add it to my account, it says it is already linked to a different account which is her account.

I would just give her my credit card info and have her do it herself, but I don't think I'll see her before it expires. Is there any way for me to renew it without being with her?

Just a thought. How about she gives you her Disney credentials and you log in as her? Also, have you tried the Annual Pass customer service? (714) 781-PASS

Had the same issue trying to renew my wife's pass. Called AP customer service, explained the issue, and they transferred me to the web services department. They fixed the link issue and I got the pass renewed.
