Can I remove a day from my package?

I booked a package through Disney with park tickets. My daughters school schedule for next year was just released and it looks like it won’t be a good idea to fly out the day we planned. We should push it back a day. I’ve checked online and there are packages for my exact dates but if I change arrival day there are none.

If I call Disney will they remove our first day?

YMMV. All you can do is call and ask. You may need to speak with someone in guest services.

I just did it yesterday. They had to put me through to guest services.

Disney has weird algorithms for their booking system online. Sometimes guest services is able to override it. However, if you're booked on a discount it may not be available for your new dates and GS won't be able to help with that.

I JUST hung up with them. I had a great CM who had me wait while she had guest services remove the day. The entire call took about 8 minutes and I only had to hold for 3 minutes before the CM came on the line.
