Can I receive a fax at Bay Lake Tower?

En route to Orlando now, and I need to receive a fax from Undercover Tourist. Due to a postal service error I did not get my Gatorland tickets before my departure despite ordering 2+ weeks in advance. They can email or fax the vouchers to me but I have no way of printing it ... Will Bay Lake Tower accept the incoming fax? Will I be charged a fee? Thx.

You can have it faxed to the business center and I am sure you will be charged a fee. As a convention hotel they would have the ability to take care of all of that at the Contemporary resort but as a convention center there will definitely be a fee.

I'm staying at okw tonight, then checking into blt tomorrow. If I get the voucher sent to okw will I be charged a fee too? Thanks for the fast reply!

Not sure if its different but I was selling a DVC contract while at BLT and needed to Fax the signed agreement to TSS and they did it for me at the front desk no charge! They will also have printed my boarding passes for me when SW was not part of their system again for no charge.

depends upon the CM - the charge was surpose to be $1 a page - but only used 2 sheets - so I was not charge anything.

just be nice to the CM at OKW and see. some will charge you others won't.

Thanks I'm having it sent to blt since we're staying at okw for 8 hrs just to shower and sleep. Im okay w a dollar charge just didn't want it to be like ten. ..

I would have them emailed to you, and then you can take them on a usb drive to any business center or front desk to print. I would just feel better having that control instead of waiting and wondering where they've been sent.
