My son doesn't take the medicine yet, I wanted to see how he does in school first. So now with the doctor we are thinking of putting him on it during the summer just so that he can adjust before school starts and because June is going to be a crazy busy month for us that I don't think that I'd do well with him on the medicine and having to get everything done! But we have an appointment at the end of June so I will talk to them about it then, thank you for that! My main issues are that he's for the most part on a schedule and when it's interrupted he gets a little freaked out, so that's my fear but I am sure that it's just in my head and will work out!



So the big reveal is almost here too right? I am not sure I remember you saying what you were doing for the reveal, but if you needed help getting things organized before the trip another DIS PTR said that she had the kids going around with a treasure hunt and they would get clues as they did the little work (like making beds and so on). I hope that you get everything done!

Sam likes to be on a schedule too, the doctor said that's more his OCD than his ADHD though.

No, I haven't given anything up about the reveal yet It's nothing spectacular but it's cute. The kids think that we are just having a Disney/Mickey theme night and that their Granny is coming down for it!

Love the mani/pedi. I am in desperate need of one myself! And what is it with the multi colors? My girls love to get all different colors done. I swear it looks like they have skittles on their finger tips.

I am quite happy with my accomplishments today I even went and did the car for DH because due to some stuff at work he was unable to get out of work at a decent time!

Of course like every well planned trip something has to happen that throws me for a loop. Let me start by saying that I love my DH family My MIL just called me tonight to tell me that her sister and her kids and their familes are going to join us on Sunday at Epcot, all 8 of them. That brings our party to 16people I guess I am definately going to be taking it easy on our first day in Epcot now, no way I can go commando with 16 people! I know I should be excited and I am but I am also a bit stressed. I like that my little family just follows my lead and does what I say Ok just had to vent, time to go pack

That would stress me out too, last minute especially, but just know that people can split up and go off and do their own thing if they want and meet back up, etc. That way you dont feel attached at the hip to 16 people

I will definately be doing a TR when get back, the only live updates I will probably do are on FB, although my DH says he doesn't want me posting that we are going away, lol. Christian is happy about the extra kids because they are all older adn he doesn't get to see these cousins very often.

I am kinda hoping that we split up at times, especially if my MIL and her sister want to sit and catch up with each other, my kids will go nuts if there's lots of standing around not doing anything

I love finally having a DD to do these types of things with, she also loves to shop

ADR's are getting messed up but we found a solution. Back when we thought that my BIL and SIL may be coming with us my DH had me find an ADR for 10 people, the only place I could get was Beirgarten. I never canceled that ADR (I know bad Dis'er ) so we went online last night and found another ADR for Beirgarten for 6 people that's only 15 minutes before our other one. We will try to get tables near each other if possible but even if we don't we are at least at the same restaurant and maybe we can just send the older kids to the other table.

2 Days Until Disney

Today I am looking forward to relaxing

I say this knowing that at Disney there is not much relaxing but I am hoping to get a bit in. The past 2 days have been so stressful, I just cannot wait to get away!

Today I had Sam's school feild trip to the zoo, while tiring I am glad I went 2 days before our trip because it helped me realize something. First thing is when we have some place we have to go at a specific time like an ADR or show, I am giving up ample time to get there. We were rushing to make it to the bus on time today and it about killed us all The other mom and I were literally dragging the kids uphill to get to the buses. So I learned that I am not going to rush, it only will cause stress and cause us all to tire out faster. Second, I really think we should take a few midday breaks. I cannot tell you how good it felt to come home and take a cold shower after the feild trip today. Then I layed down and took like a 30 minute nap. I woke up feeling great and refreshed! So I will definately be pushing for breaks especially since the forecast is for it to be in the nineties

I have a long list of things still to do tomorrow but I definately will get on here before I go to bed and tell all about the big reveal!

Oh the lovely field trips- this is my son's first year so it's mine too and I have already come to dislike them greatly! I am looking forward to the bi reveal! And I wanted a girl to do all of those things with, I love DS don't get me wrong he's my life! But I just would love to give that experience to her.... no more kids though so I have to stick with my 2 tomboy nieces! Did you get the packing in?

I know I promised to give all of the details of the reveal but I haven't been anywhere near the computer all night I will say it went great The kids reacted exactly like they do on the commercials, lots of screaming and jumping up and down. It was wonderful
