I made some homemade cinnamon rolls today for Christmas brunch at my Mom's on Sunday. They're all risen now, but we're not going to bake them until I get to Mom's. Is it okay to put the whole pan back in the fridge until then?? Will they need time to re-rise or something before baking? Can you tell I've never made any sort of bread product like this before?
Any help appreciated!

if you can make them day before and just leave covered in warm room. maybe bake them just before you leave or at your Mom's house.. have worked with yeast breads a lot over the years and have found can bake them and then warm them up works better.....
