I'm not familiar with Picasa, but I do not see why not. As long as you can get the image link you can post it using the

bbcode.

I use flickr, some use photobucket, smugmug, ect.. the list goes on.

If you're using Firefox. Right click the image to "view image" and then use the url with the jpg on the end. Should work fine.
