Can I pick up refillable mug at different resort?

Hi everybody, first time on the dining plan and my question is that I’m flying in early and heading straight to beach club to meet family for breakfast but my resort is port orleans. I’ve already done online check-in, so I’m wondering if while I’m at the beach club I can pick up my mug at their quick service food court? We are then leaving there to go to the theme park so I would like to have it for the drive. Appreciate your insight!

Yes! You can use them at any resort no matter where you bought it.

Although I know that you can buy your mug at a resort other than where you're staying (I've done it), I don't know if it's different if the mug is part of a package. In my case, I was "room only" (DVC).

Thanks everyone for your replies… I will certainly let you know if I’m allowed to pick it up at Beach club, I know I can use it at the other resorts. I just wasn’t sure about pick up since I’m not staying there.

We are staying one night at all stars and then moving to dvc and dining plan. I was hoping to be able grab mug at all stars and start using it before getting to dvc.

Added Note, I was planning on trying to get/use mug on checkout morning at all stars, but before we actually get to DVC resort. Not trying to use when we check into all stars.

Just saw this while looking at the Direct-to-Room section under the “Hotel Reservations” heading on MDE:

**Arriving Before Your Room Is Ready
“Prior to checking into your room, you can gain access to certain areas of your Disney Resort hotel—such as the pool—with the Unlock Door feature in the My Disney Experience app or an active MagicBand.
If you have a Disney dining plan, you can also start using it before your room is available. Enjoy a refillable drink mug, tasty snack or a delicious meal at any of the eligible dining locations in your hotel—or anywhere your plan is accepted.”

I was able to get my mug at a different resort this summer. My family was staying at All Star Music and we went to dinner at the Jambo House at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We picked up and activated the mugs at The Mara. You should have no problems as long as you have your Magic Band or room key/app.

Yes you can pick it up any disney resort..and they are not resort specific. Same mugs at all
