Can I pay off my contract using Visa

Have not even made my first payment, but does anyone know if I can pay off the balance in full with a Visa?

I am assuming you mean buying from Disney. They will take a down payment via Visa but rest when you return contracts for closing requires check. Any installment payments are by automatic withdrawal. Not sure they now allow payoff by Visa (they did not when I did a payoff a few years back).

Just added on to OKW and put the deposit on my AMEX, waited until my billing cycle closed then paid the remainder via my AMEX. That was iover $16000 on the card. I've got a cash back with AMEX...sweet deal...

i just paid mine off with the Disney Visa by calling MS. I signed up for financing to give myself a little more time. I found out that if you pay off the entire loan prior to the 'closing date' (when the loan starts genereating interest) you will also be refunded the loan processing fee which is a little over a $100.

I say at this point every little bit helps!

You can go to the DVC member site and follow the link to the page on your "loan". There you can pay towards your package using a credit card.

Thanks all, Just paid it off with my Starwood Amex-19000 starpoints. Not a bad deal. They go pretty far at the Sheraton Safari. Not a bad place for 3000 starpoints a night.

I put my whole addon several years ago on my Worldperks Visa. I really racked up the points. I am adding on with the Timeshare Store now and they want a check. I hate that but oh well. That is the way it goes. No miles but way cheaper!!!

We paid ours off with our Disney Visa and got $500 reward dollars. If you have Disney Visa you can do that.

Paying off a old contract will get the additional $500.00 Rewards dollars? Is this the same bonus that DVC'ers are reporting getting for adding on?
