Can I pay off a future resort reservation in person?

I'm going to be staying at the Dolphin this Monday and Tuesday night. Is there somewhere I can go to pay off my November balance for AKL/AoA in person? Do I need to go to those resorts? Or can I go to BWI, BC or YC?

I don't believe the resorts have the ability to post a payment to a future stay. Any reason you don't want to do this by phone?

Thanks for your help! I'm not fond of phones to begin with. But I hate paying for the long distance call, hate dealing with the robotic voice then waiting for a real person, etc. Last time I called, I had to listen to some awful music while waiting. Plus the potluck of whether the CM on the other end is actually knowledgeable. I much prefer dealing with real people face-to-face or just doing everything on my computer. I wish they'd let me change and update my reservation from my desktop.
