Can I pay for 'events' with a Disney GC

I tried the search function but couldn't get an exact answer.
Things that we have planned/resv for such as DH golf, neverland club and the pirate cruise?
Or would it be easier to hand all the gc over to the desk at arrival and charge to the room. I have about $800 in Disney GC

last year we applied our Disney gc credits to the room when we checked in. worked out great and beats the heck out of carry cash. hold onto receipts thought so you can keep track of thing.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping. But, can I charge things like golf and pirate cruise to the room? I had to hold those two reservations with a cc when I booked them.
