Can I pay for CRT

after I booked my reservation using the DDP? Thought I could talk myself into cancelling one of my chosen ressies so booked CRT under the dining plan and now I don't want to cancel any. Will we be able to pay oop that night or will it automatically be charged our KTTW card? Thanks
