At WDW there’s a real issue w/ folks trying to park at the near park resorts & then just walking into the parks. This is especially an issue at the Contemporary, the Poly, BW, & YC/BC, where guests at those resorts can’t find parking because of all of the interlopers. Are you envisioning a non park day where you’d drive from resort to resort or were you thinking to add resort visits to various park visits?
Either way, it’s not too hard to just rely on Disney transportation to get you from place to place if you plan your route, & although I’m not a bus fan, the other modes of transportation are much nicer IMO.
One of the things I enjoy about visiting WDW is going to the various resorts. I usually schedule a dinner ADR at a resort near the park I’m visiting or I plan on taking a break mid day from a park & having lunch at the resort’s QS. I actually enjoy taking the Disney boats to the various resorts & the Skyliner to Riviera - maybe because unlike the buses & monorail everyone on the boats & Skyliner has a seat.
On an MK day I take the quick boat ride from the MK to the GF then walk or boat over to the Poly - I like the Poly’s QS lunch spot - Captain Cooks, at the GF the QS Gasparillas is pleasant as is the Enchanted Rose which is the bar on the second floor of the lobby.
There’s also the slightly longer boat ride from the MK to the Wilderness Lodge, I like Geyser point at WL for lunch or a drink.
You’ve not mentioned the Epcot resorts, but it’s very easy to visit them by exiting Epcot via the International gate (between France & England) and walking through them, the Beach club is to the right & the Boardwalk to the left. The Skyliner is right at the back exit from Epcot for a visit to the Riviera. Or you can take the friendship boats from the front of DHS which stop at the Swan/Dolphin, then the YC/BC, then the BWV, then Epcot.
AKV is a 5 minute bus ride from AK - the bus stops at Kidani first, Jambo second & if you go in the middle of the day the bus shouldn’t be too crowded. I’m not sure how strict they are about parking (AKV is one of our home resorts & we stay there often but never have a car) of all of the resorts I’d guess you’d more likely to be allowed to park if you said you wanted to grab lunch at the QS Mara. Or, as mentioned by a previous poster, schedule lunch at Sanaa (in the Kidani building) or dinner at Boma (in the Jambo building) & you’ll be able to park - Sanaa’s special bread service is really good & the restaurant overlooks Sunset Savanna, Boma is IMO the best buffet at WDW.
There’s also the resort monorail which runs from the TTC (where you’ll park for the MK) to the Poly, then the GF, then the MK, then the Contemporary/BLT, then back to the TTC.
Finally, there’s walking - the TTC is right next to the Poly. The Contemporary/BLT is a short walk from MK & the GF is a longer but very pretty walk in the opposite direction from the MK. The GF & the Poly are right next door to each other & you can walk between them.
