Can I modify a reservation online?

I don't want to cancel just cancel 1 night so I can rebook it to a new opening. I can't figure out how to do it and member services says it isn't open to me today, which really ticks me off. I'm afraid the vacancy will be gone by tomorrow.

No you can not cancel part of the reservation online. You can only cancel the whole reservation and then book a whole new one online.

You cannot modify a reservation online. You must call MS. I don't understand what you mean by "member services says it isn't open to me today".

ETA: Is this the first day for booking the member cruise? If so then yes, I think they restrict calls to those booking the cruise. I would try calling them later this afternoon. Maybe if the call volume drops off they will take calls for non-cruise bookings.
