Can I make park reservations when renting DVC points?

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place so please let me know if I should post someplace else...

We are considering renting DVC points for an upcoming week long stay. We have annual passes. Will I be able to make park reservations for each day of our visit? Or will I be limited to the 3 days for annual pass holders?

Yes. You would just need to link the room reservation to MDE.

Any onsite reservation , including DVC point reservations count. It doesn't matter if the owner or a guest of the owner is staying. Just link to MDE when you have the confirmation number and then it will allow you to book outside of the AP limit.

Yep. To avoid hiccups, just make sure everyone's name is spelled correctly on the reservation and that sort of thing so you don't run into any headaches linking.
