Can I make a FP reservation that conflicts with a dining reservation?

Title says it all. I've made my dining reservations, and my attraction-fast pass booking window starts on the 26th. I'm just wondering if the system will allow me to make fastpass reservations at the same time as the dining reservations, or what.

Yes. It will warn you, but it won't stop you

Yes it will. Sometimes FP & changes to park hours will cause a rethink on the ADR & there's a shuffle there too. Otherwise there's a grace period on the FP & on the ADR so don't sweat too much if they aren't perfectly timed.
