Can I leave gift card for someone at Guest Services?

I want to buy, through guest services...or somehow over the phone with Disney, a gift card to give to someone that is down there now. They are staying offsite, so no way to get it to them through the resort. BUT, can I call someone to get a gift card that can be left at Guest Services that they can go pick up?

I would highly doubt it as that would be a liability. It could easily go "missing".

Easiest would to either just send them an eGift card, or to just PayPal them some money. With the eGift card they have the barcode in their email and can use it anywhere at Disney that Disney gift cards are accepted
