Can I Just Order an Appetizer "To Go"???

I know this is a long shot, but I wonder if it is possible to go to one of the restaurants without an ADR and ask to order an appetizer to go. There's not much I can eat at Disney, and one of the things I can eat, and would like to get, is ceviche at San Angel Inn. Unfortunately, no one else in my family wants to eat there. We'll be at Epcot next Saturday, so it's too late to get an ADR anyway, I'm sure. I just wondered if it would be possible to order a "to go" item without dining in the restaurant.

I was told I could do this at 50s Prime Time... I wanted the fried herb cheese to eat at Fantasmic, and I asked our waiter. He said just to go to the bar and get it, because that would be faster.

Thanks. I won't plan on being able to do it, but before I grab lunch anywhere else, I'll TRY to order some ceviche and see what happens.
