If we dont start getting some sunny warm days here I dont know what I am going to do. But this whining has got to go nothing more fun than a 3 1/2 year old whining every word

All 4 of mine went through the "whining stage" (2 yo DD is there now). I refused to even listen to, much less respond to it. I would say to them, "Say what you want with words, not whining, then I'll be able to understand you." After getting that from me a couple of dozen times, they lost the whining habit.

I feel for you! Been there, done that, still going through it! I think that the only thing worse than a whining boy (i have one of those!) is a whining girl! (I've also got one of those!) Girls voices reach an amazingly annoying pitch rather quickly. Despite the horrible weather here, I had both kids out (DS8 & DD4) and we were blowing bubbles. There's just something about bubbles that makes things better....

I feel your pain. I have a 3 1/2 yo DD here with the same affliction. Maybe we could put them in a room together and let them drive each other crazy for awhile.
