Can I get FP+ at any park from the kiosks?

For off-site guests who can only book their FP+ from a kiosk, can they only get FP+ for the park they are in?

For example, if I start my day in MK but plan to spend my evening in EPCOT, can I get FP+ for EPCOT attractions from a MK kiosk?

You can only get FPs for the park you are in.

That's what I figured.....bummer. Silver lining - I'll save some $$ on the park hopper add-on whenever we stay off-site.
