Can I get Amazon delivery to dvc jambo house?

I'm considering ordering a mattress for a pack n play. My grandson will not sleep in the "mattress" that comes with it and we're flying down. Is there a way to do this?

I had something small delivered to BWV from Amazon last month. They actually dropped it off in my room! Be prepared to pay a small fee for them to accept/store/deliver/etc the mattress. I never checked my bill to see if they charged me at BWV.

Yes, you can. I just had a package delivered there from Amazon a few weeks ago. Easy peasy. The resort charges a fee ($6, I think) but I don't think they actually charged me. Grocery deliveries at Bell Services, regular packages at the front desk. At least that was my experience.

There are instructions from the resort on how to have packages addressed. A quick search helped me get it right.

You could use Walmart delivery, not shipping. On the app you can see what's in stock at the local store.

I was in VGF in October and they asked me if I wanted an old school metal crib with a real mattress.

I believe they took the PnPs out of the rooms for COVID-19, but they’re readily available by calling Housekeeping. And as RoseGold says above, they might even offer you a crib instead.

Now I really am confused. I guess I'll have to figure out out when we get there. One more week!
