Can I get a hug?

I need a hug. Today is a horrible day . My granda who is 89 has had liver cancer from 14 months now and he is getting weak now. My mum has been with him caring for him for the last 13 weeks at his in Aberdeen which is 65 miles for me. She is having a hard time at the moment and is struggling although wouldnt admit it.

I just feel so useless. I am too far away to be of any help. With 2 kids I just cant do anything apart be on the other end of the phone.

My Gran is in a home as she has dementia and it is their 65th wedding anniversary today and my Granda should just be with my Gran but he is not well enough. It is breaking my heart to think they are apart today.
