Can I get a Disney Store item delivered to hotel?

First time poster, long time lurker!

I would love to have a Princess Jasmine dress and accessories delivered to our resort hotel (POR) in advance of our arrival this November. Thing is, I'd love it to be ready for my daughter (wrapped in a pretty box) ready to open in the room, ideally placed on the bed. Can I send the boxed wrapped package to our hotel with the instructions to unbox and place on the bed? Is there someway to do this? Thanks in advance for the advice!

That's a great question! You might want to call your hotel directly to see if they can arrange this for you.

I know the Disney Florist will deliver 'Welcome' bouquets/gifts but they typically do not deliver prior to your arrival in the event your room assignment changes. I guess deliveries have ended up in the wrong persons room. They typically deliver after check-in or on the second day.

You might try the Disneyshopping.com website and have whatever you can find shipped to your resort - they will gift wrap it for you if you choose. If you tell the CM on check-in that you'd like your parcel delivered to your room later when you're not there to surprise your daughter, they would gladly do that for you.
We order stuff from the website every trip as a surprise, a little something for everyone (especially from the outlet section!).

a little late but nothing can be delivered to a room by anyone until you check in.

the only exceptions I think are certain club level, concierge or some other special room at the deluxe resorts.

If there are two adults in your party, I would check in, then have one parent run up to the room, check it out and lay out the present for your daughter. You can pack a pretty gift bag, a yard of ribbon to tie a bow and have a pre printed card from Jasmine all ready to go. The other parent can take child for a quick walk around the pool or go get a treat from the snack bar. You can then all meet back up and see the surprise. Also note that if you check in early (before stated check in time of 3pm) you may not have a room right away anyway.

Seeing as you ordering clothing I would want to make double sure that all pieces were there and the appropriate size before the child saw them. Talk about disappointment if something were the wrong size or the wrong outfit was ordered.

Ordering at home and bringing along would give me peace of mind.
