can I get a different UY when adding on - and what IS the incentive

I've heard two different things and another from my guide. I've been told that I have to keep my UY for my 100 pt add-on, but I've heard differently from some folks here in the past.

Also, I've heard some say that they got the DDRD on top of the current incentive. What IS the REAL deal here?

You can't add on a different UY. A different UY would have to be a new and separate contract

thanks - I think I was confusing with those existing members who decided to purchase a new contract altogether.

By definition, an add-on is simply an addition to your original contract - which has a specific Use Year. While an add-on can be for a different resort, it will have the same Use Year and will be identified by the original contract number with a unique suffix (.01, .02). The deed must also be titled exactly the same as the original contract - thus some resales may be combined with another contract if these conditions have been met.

You can purchase a different use year, but it'll have to be at the minimum of 160 points. It will be a new Master Contract, and would have it's own membership number. Here's a comparison:

Case 1: You purchase an add-on contract, making it your 2nd purchase. You would then have the following two contracts:

• Original Master Contract: # 12345.000, gets Membership # 123456789
• Add-On contract # 12345.001 which remains part of Membership # 123456789

Case 2: You purchase a new contract, minimum of 160 points, with a different use year. Thus you'd have the following two contracts:

• Original Master Contract: # 12345.00, Membership # 123456789
• New Master Contract # 23456.00, New Membership # 234567890

In this case the two contracts are totally separate from each other and must be managed independently from each other.
