Can I freeze pancakes?

b/c its all DD eats for breakfast and we can't eat a whole batch in 2 days, so I can I freeze them?

I place a small piece of wax paper in between each pancake to make it easy to separate them, and keep them in a ziploc bag.

Sure, I don't see why not. We often freeze leftover pancakes & waffles. Then we pop them in the toaster to heat up.

We do it all the time. I freeze them in zip lock bags with 4 pancakes in each bag-that is how many they usually eat at once.

I always make extra when we have pancakes for dinner and freeze them so my kids can have them for breakfast and I don't have to get up at 5 am!

I freeze waffles, pancakes never seem to make it. I wold suggest that if you do, don't microwave them. Microwave pancakes are NASTY. I would toast them of do like I do with waffles, I put them on a baking sheet in a 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes. They come out crispy not all mushy.

We do~ I always make a double batch and freeze the extras for mornings before school. I flash freeze them first for 10-15 mins first before putting them into ziplock freezer bags so they don't stick together.

We do it all the time-I freeze them on a cookie sheet and then transfer them to freezer bags.... makes it easy to just pop a few out and microwave them in the AM!

You sure can. We do it all the time. When we nuke them, though, we usually do so on 50% power because if you over heat them, they get rubbery.
