Can I Exchange IOA ticket for US ticket??

I have a 1 day ticket for Islands of Adventure that has never been used, and now I have decided I want to go to Universal Studios instead. Will they let me exchange the IOA tocket for a US ticket??

How do you know it is just for IoA? Most one day/one park tickets can be used at either park (just not both parks). There are some timeshare one park tickets but they are two days at one park. Is it a complimentary ticket?

If it is truly a one day ticket for just IoA and is not a comp tciket, you can exchange it for the other park if it hasn't been used.

Thanks Phamton. I ordered the tickets online at "Undercover Tourist". They are not time-share or comp tickets, they just offer them at a small discount.

Just go to Guest Services at Universal Studios. It is outside the gates on the far right. Do NOT enter the park with them. They can exchange them for you.
