Can I email my MDE itinerary?

Somewhere on here - and I have long ago lost the thread - I read something about making sure you email your itinerary to yourself so you have a copy. Is there a quick & clean way to do this - or are screen shots the only way to save info?

The in-park FP+ kiosks have an option to send the selections via email. I have never seen a send by email option in either the app or website.
