Hi :wave2:

I grew some huge sunflowers this year, which have died off now, so I chopped them down and took out all the sunflower seeds.
I have a huge plate full, about 4" high so there are well over 1000 seeds there.

I know that you can eat sunflower seeds from tesco/sainsbury's etc. but has anything been done to the seeds to make them safe to eat or can I just eat my seeds straight from the plant? :confused3

Strange question I know!!

I've eaten mine straight from the plant, no problems

Great, I will have to get munching then.

I'm sure my bunny will help me out!!

I've always eaten home grown sunflower seeds.....

....only one side effect ---- bright yellow hair :sunny:
