We are meeting friends "sometime" during our visit, and want to go to Chef Mickey's together. At this point, I don't know a day yet, but between August 10-15. Will I be able to make a reservation for Chef Mickeys (for breakfast, preferably) from my hotel only a few days in advance?

Or do you think I should make a couple tentative reservations and just cancel if the day doesn't work out. Do I have to reserve with a credit card?

I would definitely make an ADR and cancel if you don't need it. You don't need a credit card to book there.

It is only a small restaurant and is very popular, I think you would be very lucky to get a walk up.

Definitely should book in advance. Do your best to narrow down which day it will be and cancel the others as soon as you know for sure. There may be people on a waiting list, and the longer you wait to cancel, the harder it is for them. Waiting until you're there to cancel should only be a last resort. Good luck!

No credit card needed to book but you will need a ADR as it is busy & popular place to eat at. Good luck

You can eat there without one BUT i would STRONGLY suggest an ADR. the standby wait times can get extremely long.

Who has the dining reservations number memorized to save me a minute or two looking it up?

Would you do breakfast or dinner (or should I be happy with whatever I can get?)

I would do breakfast because the dinner is terrible

407-w-dine is the number for ADR's and I agree you can always cancel others that you make.

I think you'll definately need to make an ADR in advance. We'll be there the same time and it took me 3 different tries to get an ADR there for our party of 9. It was a month ago when I called and are results were not at an ideal time and they can't gaurantee we will be sitting together.

They don't have waiting lists.
