I'm being totally serious here.

Can I?

It would save me a trip to walmart, I'm going to be a lion for jungle day tomorrow! RAR!

I don't know about a shirt, but if you have blonde hair you can dye your hair with kool aid. Just mix it in with the shampoo.

Sure you can! I don't think it will last but for one day....although you may smell fruity!

I guess so. I mean if you can dye hair with it, you can probably dye a shirt. :confused3

Kool Aid Tye Dye
This is just too much fun! Great for any size group and its super inexpensive as well.

Equipment and Supplies:
T-shirt (cotton works best)
Unsweetened Kool-Aid
Vinegar
Small plastic bowls
Plastic gloves
Rubber bands

Directions:

For every color you wish to use, combine 1 package Kool-Aid and 1 ounce of vinegar in individual plastic bowls. Mix until Kool-Aid is dissolved. Using rubber bands, pull and twist T-shirt into different shapes. Dip rubber-banded ends in bowls (make sure you wear gloves or your hands will stain). To set colors, iron on medium-high using an ironing cloth between shirt and iron. Let set for 24 hours before washing. Wash separately the first time.

You need to be sure your shirt is 100% cotton. Only natural fibers are receptive to Kool-Aid. You can also dye wool with Kool-Aid.

Has anyone tried to make the Mickey head tye-dye like this?
