Can I down my annual pass when renewing?

We are due to renew our non resident annual passes next week. Since we went in July last year we had to upgrade to the power pass. I would like to downgrade to the seasonal pass. Is this possible? I see you can change your pass at the ticket window but we won’t be going to FL for over a month after they would expire.

I emailed them about this exact scenario, and they said that was fine that you just have to call them at 866.727.7438 to do it over the phone. You just can’t do it online.

be aware you will need to pickup a brand new pass when doing a downgrade renewal Over the phone.

Can pick it up at GS or if staying onsite, at your hotel concierge desk.
