I know that i want to stay at the Dolphin for 4/23-27/05. Can I book now, and then keep an eye out for rates to fall, and call back to get the discounted rate? Or can i cancle then have my husband make a new reservation in his name. Of courswe i would never cancel unless we had a new reservation. I notice the closer to your travel date the rates seems to decline in price. Any suggestions?

You can book now and if the rates change Disney will honor them. We had this happen last year. We were booked on a package and prepaid thru our TA and we rec'd a refund from Disney for the difference. We did not have to cancel our existing reservation.

How do you find these discounts? I just booked a package for July and would love to see it get cheaper.

For swan/dolphin, i have heard from many people the closer to the date the cheaper the rate. THis has proven true, i have checked dates frequently at different dates, and appears booking within the month prior to travel is best. But somethime they are booked.

I know you can find coupon codes at MouseSavers.com . Right now there are not any discount codes being offered, they just recently expired. I am waiting on new codes but may go ahead and book, then apply the code once they come available.
