We are sailing on the Wonder in a week. We have a pre-existing reservation on the Fantasy. Can I take advantage of the Wonder on board booking offers and transfer my pre-existing reservation on the Fantasy to take advantage of the offer?

You can "reshop" your reservation while on board to see if it is a good deal to rebook it. It is possible that the cost has increased significantly since you booked, in which case it might be a better financial situation to hold on to what you have. Of course, you can book a "dummy" to use next time, whether you rebook the Fantasy cruise or not.
