I don't see why a 7:00 ADR would be a problem if you do not have a ticket to MVMCP. The park is technically open to day guests until 7 pm, it is only after that time that day guests are asked to leave. If you show up to the ADR 15 mins early like Disney requests and check in, then they should seat you and allow you to eat your dinner. Don't expect to dawdle after your ADR, you will escorted right to the front of the park to exit, no bathroom or shopping breaks, but they won't kick you out of the restaurant in the middle of your meal.
The 7:40 ADR is a different situation, at that point the park is closed to day guests, and they can escort you out while you are waiting for your ADR time, because you likely will not be sat for dinner prior to 7 pm.
True, but the park is technically closed @7 and that means one will be the park after hours AND during a special event, I am thinking here that Disney is keen on those kind of doings, at least one hopes so. With SOOOOOOOOOOO many restaurants in WDW why even try to cheat the system???
