Can I do this? Water question

Newfiegirl,

Are you flying the nonstop from St John's to Orlando that Westjet has this fall? Great chance to get to WDW without changing planes!! We are doing this in November!!! Hooray!

If you are staying in WDW it is easy to get ice water at the resort and in the theme parks to refill an empty bottle. I often just buy one bottle of water first when I arrive and then get free ice water to refill as I go. Even if Westjet takes the water as check in, it is just too much hassle when travelling to add something so heavy and cumbersome to your load..

Travel light is always a good idea. Bottled water is cheap and easy to get pretty much everywhere.

Couldn't say it any better. Just get the water when you get there, it's not expensive & it's not worth the hassle. :sad2:

Just a suggestion, but why don't you call the Costco in Orlando to order a case of water and have it delivered to your hotel room?

Why in the world would you ship it as luggage. Airlines charge for checked luggage.

As others have mentioned, some airlines do not charge for bags. We're taking SIX suitcases for 3 people on our upcoming trip. Boxed wine, a case of energy drinks, a case of water... all in checked bags. Of course they're all wrapped really well, but it sure beats paying inflated prices through a delivery service.
