Can I do This from All Stars?

I've never been to WDW and was wondering about getting to my TS ressies at the various resorts. Can I walk over to Blizzard Beach (is it way far?) and tranfer to a bus going to the different resorts. I would imagine every resort would have a bus dedicated to taking their guests there. Am I wrong? Would this work or do I have it all wrong?

Yep, that is possible. It's about a 20 minute walk to Blizzard Beach, but that would only work during their operating hours.

I try to plan my meals at resorts to travel there from a park.

For example if I want to eat at Chef Mickeys I go there the day I'm at Magic Kingdom and it's a quick walk over.

If I want to eat at any of the Epcot Resorts, I eat there when I'm at Epcot or the Studios and walk directly there.

If it's a resort with bus service only, we try and eat there at lunch and go there from our morning park, then take a bus back to our afternoon park.
