Can I do a wait list request online or do I have to call MS?

Just wondering if I can do a wait list request online through the DVC Member site or if I have to call MS on Monday.

So far, 3 of my requests have been denied & while I do have a ressie, it's not my first choice so I'd like to get on the wait list.

they are open 7 days a week except for major holidays.

I had no idea. I thought they were only open during M-F business hours!
