Can I deposit just 24 points to Interval Int'l?

Hi, if my waitlist for a 1BR at VB doesn't come through, I will have 24 points that were banked from 2006 UY into 2007 that I won't be able to use by the end of the 2007 UY.

Can I deposit just those 24 points for future use in an Interval International exchange? Or do I have to make a points deposit for a specific reservation?

P.S. My use year is August, so I won't be inside the final 60 days of the UY.

I don't believe so. My understanding is that you have to deposit at least enough points to make a trade. Don't remember what a studio would be in low season, but it has to be more than 24 points.
