Can I charge a tip to a CC w/ DD?

We're going to DW for the first time in a couple of weeks. We're doing the dining plan but from what I understand tips are not included. Would we be able to charge a tip to a card, or should we bring smaller bills for tipping?

You can charge the tip, bill it to the room, pay with a Disney gift card or leave cash. The small bills is a very important part. Sometimes I didn't have small enough bills and waited a bit for change.
