Can I change magic band?

So I steadily missed my cut off for Magic Bands last night. Ugh! Am I able to call anyone to at least change colors? It looks like they are sending all gray bands to the resort. We are staying CL at Poly. Can I call DSS? Can they help?

Don't know who/what DSS is, but I seriously doubt that anybody can help you at this point.

When you get to the resort, ask them what colors they have at the front desk. You should be able to get a different magic band at the front desk without any problem. It just won't have your name on the inside.

The concierge desk at CL Poly has a box of MB with different colors. Just ask when you arrive.
