Can I buy the Dining Plan for my 2 yr old DS?

My DS will be a couple of weeks shy of 3 on our next trip. I know that children 3-9 can purchase the dining plan and under 3 can eat free at buffets but can I buy him the dining plan? Thanks

Our DD will be a few weeks shy of 3 when we go also. she eats like a bird so no problems. I believe the only way to get the dining plan for your son would be to register him as a 3 yr old, and thus pay for park tickets too.
