Can i buy annual pass AT the poly?

Can we buy our annual passes AT the poly, thru concierge and renew 2 AP's or do we have to go to the park to buy/renew them?

I do not know about buying annual passes at the resort, but when we stayed at the CBR in May I was told they could not renew my AP I had to do it at one of the parks.
It was easy I went to the ticket window and they gave me my new pass with no problems.

As Helen said, you'll need to go to a ticket window or Guest Services at a park or DTD to renew or purchase APs.

Could the OP go to the ticket place at the Ticket and Transportation Center. It's not "at" the Poly, but its pretty darn close

She could, any ticket counter would be fine, but if you were headed to a park any way, I would not make an extra stop.

When we stay at the Poly I just walk over to the TTC to take care of my AP needs -- I would choose that over waiting and doing it at MK -- lines are often pretty long there.

You can buy them online, too.

If you do that you will receive a voucher or a will call number and must still go to GS to redeem that.

I'm with Helen. I wouldn't make a separate trip to the TTC to buy APs. I've never encountered a very long line at GS at the parks. Of course, we tend to go our first park first thing in the am. If going midmorning or later, lines are likely to be longer.
