Can I buy a ticket for someone else through my app?

I am planning on going to the parks with my MIL. I want to buy her ticket but she will insist on paying unless I am sneaky and buy it first. Can I purchase her ticket through my app? And if so, can I use gift cards to pay through the app?

There is an option in the account section of the app to "Buy Tickets." I'm not sure (couldn't get too far before I was afraid it would bill my usual payment method) if you can use gift cards to pay for it. You could buy the ticket on the Disneyland website with Disney gift cards, print it and scan the bar code to add it to your app. I bought my mother a ticket and added it to my app. She bought lunch for all of us that day.

OK so I started the process in my app as well and it looks like I cannot use gift cards? I will do it through the website instead and link it to my app. Thank you!
